Bookings
Book a court for any of the club’s teams, and see the day or the week court by court.
One board
Every court in a column, every booking in its sport’s colour, the time now drawn across it.
Cancelled, never deleted
Revoke a booking, or the rest of its weekly series. It stays on the team’s schedule, marked cancelled.
Never one that has started
A booking that has begun can’t be revoked, so nobody is sent off a court mid-session.
Courts and opening hours
Set the club’s week once. A court can keep shorter hours inside it, and a closed day closes every court.
- Say which courts each sport plays on
- A coach is offered only the courts of their own sports
- Archive a court you no longer use; its bookings keep their place
Teams and players
Every team and every player in the club, with the club’s own details for each player.
- Shirt number, position, notes and two emergency contacts
- Fill them in from a spreadsheet, checked before anything is saved
- Export the club’s players whenever you need them
- Coaches read the details on the player’s page; families add their own children
Coaches, admins and approvals
The club’s code brings its coaches in. Each coach, and each team a coach puts in the club, waits for your approval.
- The owner creates the club code, changes it or turns it off
- You are sent an email for each request
- Choose which sports each coach can see, and which they can book courts in
- Name a team’s second coach from the club’s people
- A coach you remove takes their teams out of the club
Invoices and ways to pay
Bill a whole team, or players across the club, with a due date. Each family sees what is due in Tamarin, and how to pay you.
- A bank account, a mobile wallet, an InstaPay address or the desk, each set up once
- Record each payment when it arrives; several make an instalment plan
- Edit, cancel and restore an invoice; a family is told of each change that matters
- Invoices are in your club’s currency, Egyptian pounds unless you change it
Tamarin records money. It never takes or moves it.
Reports
Billed, collected and outstanding for any period, by month, sport and team, and payments by method.
- Counted in the database, however many invoices the club sends
- Download a spreadsheet, or print a PDF
The owner and the admins
Admins run the club day to day. A few things are the owner’s alone.

- A club never writes a child’s record, never marks a child absent and never adds a child to a team.
- No analytics, no advertising and no cookies in Tamarin Plus.
- Times are always the club’s own, wherever you open it.
Questions
How do I set up a club?
Open Tamarin Plus and sign in with your email, or create an account with it. Fill in Set up a club, choose Create club, and share the club code with your coaches.
Can I try it before I set up my own club?
Yes. Choose Try the demo club on the sign-in page. It opens Riverside Sports Club, with its courts, teams, players, a season of sessions and its invoices, and nothing in it is real.
Do coaches and families need anything?
Coaches use Tamarin Pro and families use Tamarin, both on iPhone and both coming soon on the App Store. A coach joins with your club code; a family joins each team with the team’s code or its QR code.
How do I tell families where to pay?
In Invoices, choose Ways to pay and add each one: a bank transfer with the account name, account number and IBAN; a mobile wallet’s number; an InstaPay address; or where the office takes cash. Families see them on each unpaid invoice in Tamarin.
Is Tamarin Plus in Arabic?
No. Tamarin Plus and both apps are in English.
How do I make someone an admin?
Open Coaches, choose the coach and turn on Club admin. Only the owner can name admins and change the club code.
