Join your teamNot going, running late, leaving early
Say so with one button, and the coach sees it before the session. Say nothing, and your child is coming.
- Choose how late: 10, 15, 20, 30 or 45 minutes
- Add a reason if you want the coach to know it
- Tap again to undo it
Every change, as a notification
When the coach cancels, moves or adds a session, or posts a note, you get a notification. A cancelled session stays on screen, crossed out.
- A reminder before each session, never between 10 PM and 7 AM
- Today’s next session on your Lock Screen, with the widget
- The last schedule it saw, even with no signal
What is due to the club
The Invoices tab shows what the club billed for each child, what is left to pay, when it is due and how the club takes payment.

- You pay the club directly; Tamarin never takes money
Every child, every sport
One child can play two sports at two clubs, and still be one child in Tamarin, in their own colour.

Tap Join your team, then enter the code and your child’s first name.
Your children’s data
Only your child’s coaches and club see their schedule and attendance.
- Children’s names, photos and schedules are never shared with advertisers.
- Tamarin is free and carries small ads, never beside a child marked out or late.
- Delete your account and everything in it from Profile, inside the app.
Questions
I have a new phone. How do I keep my account?
Sign in on the new phone with the same email; the 6-digit code you are sent brings your account back.
I’m not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for Tamarin in iOS Settings, and that Remind me before events is on in Profile. Reminders are never sent between 10 PM and 7 AM; one due in that time comes at 9:30 the evening before.
Is Tamarin in Arabic?
No. Tamarin is in English, kept short: Today, Going, Not going.
Is there an Android app?
No. Tamarin is for iPhone. The team’s WhatsApp group stays for everyone.
