Every session shows how many are coming, who is out, who is late and who is leaving early, before it starts.
- Families say so in Tamarin, with a reason if they add one
- Saying nothing means coming, so nobody has to ask in the group
A whole season at once
Choose the days, the time and the place, and every session of the term is on every family’s schedule.
- Repeat weekly, on as many days as the team trains
- Set the court or pitch, and when to arrive
- Add a note for the families with the sessions
Cancel or move a session
Do it once, and every family in the team gets a notification. A cancelled session stays on their schedule, crossed out.
- Move a session’s time, place or length; families read what changed
- Cancel the rest of a weekly series in one go
- Put a cancelled session back on, and they are told that too
The team code
Share the team’s code, and families add their children themselves. A coach never adds a child.
- Send it in the team’s WhatsApp group; the club can print its QR code from Tamarin Plus
- Each child appears in the team as their family joins

Emergency contacts
Read each player’s two emergency contacts, kept by the club, on their page.
An assistant
Name a second coach from the club’s people to help run the schedule.
Join your club
Tamarin Pro works inside your club, with the courts and teams it runs in Tamarin Plus.
Get the club code
Ask the club’s owner or an admin for it.
Join in Tamarin Pro
Sign in with your email, choose Join a club and enter the code.
Wait for the club
The club approves you, then you create your team in it. The team waits for approval too.

Questions
How do parents join my team?
Open the team and share its code. A parent enters it in Tamarin with their child’s name; you never add a child yourself.
Who can change a player’s shirt number or emergency contact?
The club: its owner and admins, in Tamarin Plus. You see them on the player’s page.
Can I coach at more than one club?
Yes. Join each club with its own code. Your teams at every club are in the same app.
Can I book a court in Tamarin Pro?
Not yet. The club books its courts for its teams in Tamarin Plus.
Is Tamarin Pro in Arabic?
No. Tamarin Pro is in English, and it is for iPhone.
